Equities Trading SpecialistThe Role:We are looking for an Equities Trading Specialist to join our team and support the growth and improvement of our share dealing services. This role focuses on executing trades, enhancing our trading product, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving the client experience in the retail investing space.Do you have a sharp mind for markets and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Execute equity trades with accuracy and in line with market regulations
Contribute to strategies that drive product adoption and business growth
Monitor global market trends and provide insights to improve our product offering
Ensure trading activities comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Identify ways to improve trading processes, systems, and user experience
Analyze client behavior and feedback to help refine product features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve platform performance and respond to client inquiries

Main requirements:

University Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, any other STEM field, or other related fields
At least 2 years of experience in equities trading or a related role
Strong understanding of equity markets and trading platforms
Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
Programming knowledge (e.g. Python) will be considered an advantage
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Fluent in English
