Project Manager (Finance & Legal)

• Leading the entire process for new projects, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for all projects.
• Coordination with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, government agencies, and vendors, to facilitate process effectively.
• Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Providing guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in the incorporation or legal sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency Russian and English is a must
