- Provide strategic oversight of daily IT operations through coordination with the IT Manager
- Establish and maintain a scalable operational framework for IT service delivery
- Monitor performance and ensure operational SLAs are met
- Own and implement compliance initiatives under ISO 27001, NIS Directive, and other relevant regulations
- Oversee internal control systems for IT, including access management, audit trails, and documentation
- Lead IT-related risk assessments and maintain the IT risk register
- Design and enforce standardized IT policies, procedures, and operating manuals
- Lead process creation by translating workflows into enforceable, tool-driven procedures (e.g., Jira), with integrated approvals, role accountability, and performance monitoring to drive operational discipline and efficiency
- Coordinate incident, change, and asset management processes aligned with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Work with Security, Product, and Legal teams to ensure compliance across all technical domains
- Own the end-to-end management of audits findings (e.g., ISO 27001), coordinating follow-up tasks across teams, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining audit readiness throughout the year
- Monitor evolving IT compliance requirements (e.g., NIS2) and proactively translate regulatory changes into structured internal tasks, policies, and controls
- Manage relationships with key IT vendors and assess their compliance impact
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, compliance, or infrastructure management
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally with responsibility over IT teams or managers
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, NIS Directive, access control models, and internal IT controls
- Hands-on experience designing or enforcing IT processes and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing tools like Jira & Confluence (Cloud)
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills paired with Strong analytical, process documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing both the technical implementation and the human dynamics of enforcing structured processes in high-autonomy environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISM, ITIL) are a strong plus
- Preferred: Comfortable querying and working with structured data (SQL, Qlik, etc.) for internal reporting and audits.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required
