On behalf of our client, a well-established firm specializing in corporate services, legal consultancy, administration, and trust services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional with solid expertise in corporate and commercial law, who can confidently handle complex legal matters with precision and efficiency.Responsibilities:Provide legal support to corporate administrators on various corporate matters, including the drafting and amendment of corporate documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, and Powers of Attorney
Draft, review, and comment on a wide range of agreements and contracts
Attend court proceedings, sign affidavits, and obtain court orders for corporate-related matters (e.g., company incorporations, amendments to constitutional documents, capital reductions, late filings, mergers, re-domiciliations, etc.)
Assist with the establishment and administration of trusts
Prepare and manage applications with various public authorities, including handling immigration matters, property transactions, and other regulatory processes.
Review and provide legal opinions on transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective
Handle property conveyancing and related legal formalities
Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory mattersRequired qualifications, capabilities & skills:University degree in Law
Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the ASP industry or a reputable law firm
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
