Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, an investment firm based in Limassol, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support across all business areas, ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and financial laws while protecting the company's interests. You will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, to guide the company's strategic and operational decisions from a legal perspective.Reference #: GC005731Job Responsibilities

Provide sound legal counsel whenever needed
Curate and review legal paperwork and documentation that protect and support the company's interests while adhering to corporate compliance laws
Improvise and oversee the company policies on legal affairs periodically as the company attorney
Guide the management team and stakeholders on the legal directions to take
Undertake and perform in-depth legal research for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) in Law or related field will be considered an advantage.
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
1-3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally within the FX, financial services, or fintech sectors.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law, EU regulations, and CySEC frameworks.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (Greek will be considered an advantage).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
