Our client, a CySEC-regulated investment firm offers innovative investment and financial services to clients since 2013. The company operates a globally recognized brand offering investment access to a multitude of assets globally.A well-established financial group with global reach, catering for the needs of professional and retail clients worldwide, by providing strong liquidity and secure access to trading platforms and investment products based on cutting edge technology and innovation.We are currently searching for a Data Analyst and PSP administrator, to report to the Financial Controller of our revenue department. The candidate will play a role in reporting on PSP performance while supporting new integrations and optimizing existing ones. This position requires a cycle of assessment, action, and achievement to ensure strategic projects align with operational needs, functionalities, and legal requirements. The candidate will collaborate closely with the payments and tech department to find solutions and conduct necessary product testing.Key Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
Serve as the primary relationship contact with payment providers and manage escalations of payment-related issues.
Prepare and maintain payment documentation, internal processes, and procedures for the use of each PSP by customers.
Monitor account balances and perform settlement calculations.
Analyse trends in payment volumes, success rates, speed of transactions and performance for reporting purposes.
Develop reports and visualizations based on business needs.
Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages.
Reviewing issues identified and reporting them to the relevant technical teams.
Assist with daily matching and reconciliations when needed

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in finance, business, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial industry sector.
Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Knowledge of PowerBI (or other data visualization tool) is desirable, but not essential.
Knowledge of Devcode (PIQ) & Praxis: routing, fallbacks, rules, etc. is desirable, but not essential.
CySEC examinations would be an advantage.
