- Drafting and reviewing agreements and resolutions.
- Assisting with due diligence and AML compliance procedures.
- Maintaining company registers and records in line with legal requirements.
- Handling the incorporation and management of Cyprus and foreign companies.
- Preparation and filing of corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, minutes, annual returns, etc.).
- Liaising with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, banks, and other authorities.
- Supporting senior team members on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Qualified Lawyer (Cyprus Bar Association).
- Prior experience in a corporate department.
- Familiarity with Cyprus corporate and regulatory framework is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of AML and compliance obligations will be considered an advantage.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
