- Deliver full-range administrative and secretarial assistance to Management and departments.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, greet clients/visitors, and manage front desk responsibilities.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and financial documents.
- Maintain and update contact databases for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support the Accounting and Audit departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Liaise with banks and assist with corporate secretarial tasks for client portfolios.
- Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
- Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
- Proven experience in a relevant administrative roles is essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and multitasking ability.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
