- Analyze functional requirements for project development.
- Prepare recommendations and solutions for the development team.
- Prepare use cases to outline system behavior under various conditions.
- Set technical tasks for implementing functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine functional requirements.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Product Owners to develop and enhance project solutions.
- Establish and disseminate best practices of Business Analysis throughout the team.
- Support user acceptance activities to ensure compliance with business and system requirements.
- Analyze data, data flows, and business processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development and business teams to optimize solutions.
- Create prototypes and diagrams to visualize project concepts.
- Undertake non-typical tasks and projects as required.
- Select or adapt existing documentation frameworks to align with project needs.
- Minimum 3 years of business analyst experience with B2B projects
- Expertise in creating different types of requirements, such as business, user, system, and transition requirements.
- Skills to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
- Ability to efficiently communicate requirements to cross-functional teams
- Broad understanding of business practices and processes.
- Demonstrated success in previous projects with measurable outcomes.
