- Identify and recruit new BT payment agents across target regions
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential agents and evaluate onboarding potential
- Maintain structured reports and partner documentation
- Monitor agent performance and recommend improvements
- Analyze large data sets to extract insights and improve workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth agent activation and support
- Experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or payment method integration
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal fluency
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations and reports simultaneously
- Working proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid international team environment
- Work remotely or from our office in Limassol, Cyprus
