We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their Nicosia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Company adheres to all legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentationMaintain documentation of compliance activities, such as received / investigation outcomes/compliance reportsCoordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulationsApplying and interpreting audit compliance requirements for various departmentsDesigning and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirementsInteracting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s internal controlsEntering data into the AML Software, review of client documentation and archives and issuance of risk profilesEstablishing compliance monitoring programsFiling regulatory reports and other documentation.
