
Corporate & Office Administrator (Dual Role)

- Completing and submitting basic Registrar of Company forms, including HE32, HE4, HE12, HE14, & HE57.
- Troubleshoot with Registrar of Company employees in relation to filings done to resolve issues.
- Drafting of board meetings and resolutions.
- Inserting records in corporate registers.
- Entering information into Ariadne (government portal) including UBO submissions.
- General office administration support.
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for clients and visitors.
- Acting as a point of contact for various suppliers, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services and goods necessary for office operations.
- An academic background relating to Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and maintenance of corporate records.
- Fluent in written/oral Greek and English and able to communicate in a professional manner.
- Positive outlook and ability to handle clients diplomatically.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Common sense with a practical approach to work.
