The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.Role Overview:We are looking for a data analytics professional with a strong focus on financial modeling to develop and maintain analytical tools for planning, forecasting, and evaluating business performance. This role requires advanced technical skills in working with data and a solid understanding of financial processes.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, scenario analysis).
Work with data pipelines, integrating information from various sources (CRM, ERP, banking systems, etc.).
Prepare and automate reports for financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Build and maintain visualizations in Tableau.
Design and optimize ETL processes for financial data.
Model data to evaluate key metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams to deliver analytics.
Participate in projects aimed at automating financial functions and processes.

Requirements:

Experience working with financial data and accounting principles (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage).
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (including complex formulas, arrays, Power Query, etc.).
Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and SQL processes.
Skills in statistical analysis and financial modeling.
3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar function.
English - Advanced level or higher.
Experience in automating financial processes is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in brokerage, fintech, or payments industry.
Experience integrating data from Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, or other CRM/ERP systems.
