- Build a robust team of business development managers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally
- Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis
- Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
- Create both team and individual KPIs and create plan to ensure targets are met
- Drive partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business strategy with a focus Master IBs, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe
- Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
- Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad
- Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business
- Proven experience as a partnerships professional
- Previous experience with a European Forex regulated company is a must
- European clients base portfolio is a must
- Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
- Experience in relationship management and client retention
- Native/ Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Based in Cyprus EU citizenship/ Yellow Slip is a must
- Salary depends on experience: 48K - 60K EUR Gross/ Year + commission
