Marketing Campaigns execution:
· Building landing pages, emails, forms, target lists, processing workflows in HubSpot based on the brief from Demand Gen Campaigns managers
· Web forms infrastructure: implementing, testing, troubleshooting
· Webinars' logistics, including Zoom/GoToWebinar set up, follow-up process, on-demand experience
· Ensuring accurate data flow between the systems (HubSpot-
SFDC)
· Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns
· Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance
Database Management
· Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data flowing from the web forms, other integrated systems
· Helping with data cleansing and troubleshooting
Project Management
· Supporting projects of Marketing Operations Department: record project goals, decisions made in meetings, create project schedules, monitor progress and schedule meetings to ensure that the project is completed in time.
Marketing Processes & Documentation
· Creating and maintaining documentation on marketing processes, HubSpot system documentationJob Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
· Experience in a B2B marketing environment
· Experience with marketing automation software (preferably HubSpot)
· Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
· Experience with email marketing
