Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Updating and maintaining the Group Companies' books and general ledgers.
  • Performing banks and vendors reconciliations.
  • Performing reconciliations related to clients' money and assets.
  • Updating working papers (incl. among others fixed asset registers, prepayment lists, accrual lists, and payments lists).
  • Preparing regular financial reports (incl. among others trial balances and Profit and Loss), as well as other ad hoc reports upon request by Management.
  • Complying with internal company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
  • Full member of the ACA/ACCA.
  • 3+ years of experience in an accountant role is a must.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Department will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform data input activities quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work both autonomously but also as part of a team.
  • Very good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Hard working with good interpersonal skills.
  • Work ethic and punctuality.
