David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Portuguesespeaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.Position: Sales Retention AgentLocation: Limassol, CyprusEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + commissionsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the company's products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience in same or similar role from Forex & CFD Industry (at least 6 months worth within the last 12-18 months) is mandatory
Computer savviness

Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
