- Coordinate and administer corporate procedures related to the day-to-day management of clients’ companies
- Draft, review and prepare corporate documents including Registrar of Companies forms, board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, memoranda and articles of association, corporate registers, etc.
- Handle company incorporations across various jurisdictions
- Manage company liquidations and strike-off procedures
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters
- Draft and review commercial contracts and various legal agreements
- Communicate with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and external associates.
- Review client documentation in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements
- Prepare legal opinions and memoranda on corporate, commercial, and contract law.
- Advise on the formation and administration of trusts
- Draft and review intellectual property agreements and handle trademark registrations.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of cross-border and local M&A transactions.
- Attend client meetings and support business development initiatives
- Supervise client accounts within corporate department, including renewals and account status updates
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department on audit reports, annual returns, and invoice settlements
- Report directly to the Managing Partner of the firm
- Achieved LL.B Degree with Honours
- Holder of an LL.M and/or postgraduate qualification and/or BVC or LPC.
- Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Corporate / Commercial lawyer or in-house corporate legal consultant
- Experience dealing with all the procedures of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, CAP 113
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiatives and deliver client-focused solutions with confidence
- Excellent negotiation skills and a commitment to professional integrity

- Willingness to actively participate in team-building activities and firm events.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:00.
