Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and email. You will answer questions regarding the game console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to provide the customers with a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling. No sales are involved in this role.
  • Customer service opening hours: Monday–Friday, 10:45-19:30 (Cyprus local time).
Your shifts will include daytime, and evenings. * The job starts with paid training, where you will learn both the technical aspects of the role and how to provide the best possible customer service.Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support.
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Striving to achieve daily KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
