Who are we looking for?In this process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our only requirement is that you have completed high school, have Swedish as your mother tongue, can speak English and have a completely clean criminal record and no debts to, for example. You will also have the opportunity to meet your new colleagues, as well as our HR team, before you even set foot in Cyprus, all to make it feel as comfortable and easy as possible for you as a new employee.About the roleIn your role as a customer service representative, you will help our customer's various customers with their payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver customer service of the highest class and your day will be filled with questions about, for example, invoices and payment reminders. The work is mainly done via incoming calls by phone, but e-mail and chat may also occur.The opening hours for customer service are Monday-Sunday 9.00-23.00, the shifts will therefore mean daytime, evenings and weekends. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the work and how to offer the best customer service.Daily tasks:
