Our client is a Technology Company in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a PHP/Laravel Lead Backend Developer.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the company's software development department
  • Architect and design software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives
  • Oversee development processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them to improve development processes and product quality
  • Collaborate with project manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Take responsibility for all technical decisions, ensuring code security and robustness
  • Organize and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Analyse and resolve technical challenges, making critical decisions to ensure the success of the company's products and applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development
  • At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers effectively
  • Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
  • Full-stack development experience
  • Fluency in English
Working hours:
  • The working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (onsite job)
