GRS Recruitment are working closely with a successful Legal Services Provider, who has been serving clients for over a decade and is now seeking an Office Assistant to join their Limassol team.   • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University diploma.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Language requirement: English and Greek are a must. (Russian as an advantage)
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is highly valued.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working hours (1 hour break)
