We're hiring a Chief Dealing & Risk Officer @ NAGA 📍 Limassol, Cyprus | 🌍 Global role | 🧠 Executive leadershipAt NAGA, we're scaling fast - 2M+ community, 100+ countries, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange - and now we're looking for a Chief Dealing & Risk Officer to lead our global risk, dealing, and trading infrastructure functions.This is a C-level position that reports directly to the CEO and leads a high-impact, international team - from London to Nicosia to Bucharest.🎯 What you'll own:

Enterprise risk & internal controls (MiFID II, ESMA, EU/GCC regs)
Global dealing & execution setup - slippage, spreads, P&L
Trading infrastructure resilience (uptime, latency, safeguards)
Revenue optimization & product calibration
Regulatory readiness, board/audit alignment
Risk support for product & expansion strategy

📊 Revenue & Product Optimization Head✅ You are:

10+ yrs in trading risk, dealing, or infra oversight
Fluent in risk metrics, execution, and regulatory ops
Strategic and hands-on - you don't sit in the ivory tower
Cool under pressure, clear with numbers, sharp with systems
Ready to shape the risk stack behind a global fintech
