- Enhancing customer experiences by taking charge of the entire payment customer journey, ensuring a payment solution that consistently boosts conversion rates
- Understanding demands and skillfully prioritizing both short-term and long-term initiatives in close collaboration with business, design, and technology partners
- Conduct competitive analysis across traditional and crypto payment landscapes to identify enhancement opportunities and drive payment innovation.
- Identify customer pain points through direct interactions with traders, staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with business, design, technology, and compliance teams to strategically prioritise initiatives spanning traditional finance and digital asset solutions.
- Defining and tracking key product performance indicators, finding opportunities for enhancement, and strengthening the product's effectiveness
- Becoming a prominent presence in the payments community, continuously exploring innovative market solutions to bolster Pepperstone's expertise
- Working closely with portfolio and engineering teams to ensure smooth alignment and accurate development of necessary features
- Taking the initiative in crafting successful Go-To-Market strategies and preparing sales, support, and marketing teams to successfully launch new payment products
- Seasoned Product Management Professional possessing a relevant tertiary degree and a solid 6-year track record in product management
- Practical experience in conceptualizing, leading, and building global payment systems common to financial services / CFD brokerages, coupled with a profound understanding of risk management facets like Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud mitigation, and other related considerations tied to diverse payment methods
- Equipped with tools that enable to design of effective roadmaps for conveying vision, tech-savviness allows the creation of prototypes that transform ideas into tangible concepts
- Established connections with Payment Service Providers provide valuable leverage, allowing you to swiftly enhance Pepperstone's payment offerings
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders is evident, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across various departments and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points through direct interactions with customers, frontline staff, UX/Design experts, and other cross-functional peers highlights your customer-focused approach
- Excellent in succinctly articulating the product strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between the strategic vision and the execution phase involving delivery and engineering teams
