To strengthen their data team, they are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst iGaming who can quickly take ownership of analytics processes and drive measurable business outcomes.As a Senior Analyst iGaming Remote or Office, you'll be responsible for building and scaling analytics processes across traffic acquisition, user retention, and product optimization. You will work closely with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to implement predictive models, analyze user behavior, and create actionable insights. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep industry experience and strong analytical vision.NDACyprus(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:

Analyze and forecast traffic ROI, evaluate and optimize acquisition channels
Build predictive models for marketing sources and activities
Perform retention analytics, develop user segments, and optimize bonuses & loyalty systems
Set up and manage cross-channel marketing analytics
Conduct product analytics and user behavior research
Design and interpret A/B tests and complex research to uncover growth opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards for different departments
Create custom reports for tracking key performance indicators
Automate and optimize reporting processes for faster decision-making
Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams on shared data goals

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in iGaming analytics
Strong expertise in data analytics, forecasting, and reporting
Solid background in statistical analysis and modeling
Ability to draw insights from large datasets and build predictive models
Proactive mindset with a focus on company-wide success
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate data clearly to stakeholders
English - B1+ preferred
