Emerald Zebra is working closely with a CySec regulated Forex company and seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer support experience who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.Salary depends on experience: 24000 - 27600 EUR Gross/ YearWorking Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite position)Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Deliver accurate information about company products, services, and procedures.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Verify and process client KYC documentation.
Issue Resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to relevant teams.
  • Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
Communication & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
  • Share customer feedback with teams to support continuous improvement.
Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on product features, service enhancements, and policy changes.
  • Use product knowledge to proactively assist and guide customers.
Relationship Management
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through effective communication and support.
  • Identify opportunities to retain customers by offering appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
  • BA Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support, ideally within the online or financial services industry.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional European languages are an advantage).
  • Ability to work on public holidays (additional compensation provided).
  • Already based in Cyprus
