Spotware is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing migration processes.Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals.
Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Support new hires and current employees through the migration process, providing clear guidance on required documentation and timelines. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related.
Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation.
Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Fluency in Greek and English language.
