Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Obtain client information by answering telephone calls.
Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service.
Consulting clients by email and live chat.
Client document verification, including KYC.

Key Skills/Experience:

Fluency in written & spoken English and Greek is essential; knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage.
6+ months of previous experience within a Customer Support role is a must.
Able to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proven experience with computers and software applications.
Good typing skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply.
