- Provide high-quality and best-in-class service to clients via telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Consistently take initiative to resolve clients' queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
- Skilfully analyse and understand clients' needs, identify business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
- Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving clients' queries.
- Proactively learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
- Actively assist with proof reading and translation of content as required.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Financial Institutions is preferred but not essential.
- Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets, including forex, global share indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
- Knowledge of Polish, Spanish and/or Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
