- Supporting the sales team (arranging meetings with agents, sending emails etc.)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferably in real estate or related field).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting and numbers (budgets, expense reports, invoicing).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English (oral and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up diligently, and meet deadlines.
- Sales support and customer service mindset.
- Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm (onsite role)
