- Support the Business Development team in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with existing and potential landlords
- Maintain regular communication with landlords, keeping them updated on company operations and updates
- Collect, organise, and process data to support business development initiatives
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties.
- Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in GSuite; experience with Monday.com is an advantage.
