Their offerings include Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS), deep institutional liquidity, secure custody, fiat on/off ramps, and advanced API/FIX connectivitytailored for fintech, iGaming, e-commerce, and financial platforms.Role OverviewThe Head of Banking will lead all banking, fiat, and EMI-related operations, ensuring seamless integration between traditional financial systems and digital assets. This role requires proven expertise in managing regulated environments and strong relationships with banking partners to maintain compliance, liquidity, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain banking relationships across EU and international markets.
Oversee fiat on/off ramp operations, ensuring secure and compliant transactions.
Manage EMI-related frameworks, policies, and regulatory reporting.
Lead treasury, liquidity, and risk management across fiat and crypto flows.
Collaborate with product and compliance teams to enhance payment and settlement solutions.
Represent the company with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years experience in banking/financial services, with at least 3 years in EMI or payments.
Strong background in fiat and crypto transaction management.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU, CySEC, EMI, AML/CFT).
Proven track record of building and managing banking relationships.
Strategic leader with the ability to scale banking operations in fast-growth environments.
