We are looking for a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Support specialist to assist our CRM team in managing merchant applications and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in handling documentation, verifying data accuracy, and facilitating smooth interactions between internal teams and external partners.Location: in Limassol OfficeReporting to: Head of CDDWhat you will do:
- Handle merchant accounts setup and coordinate between internal stakeholders
- Handle integration with relevant payment rails and manage account users access
- Input and validate fee schedules in internal systems
- Prepare and process contracts, annexes, and related documents
- Issue invoices for onboarding fees
- Track technical support tickets related to account activations
- Oversee additions/terminations of merchant
- Process change requests (bank accounts, fees, settlement setup)
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in CDD/KYC processes within the financial services or payments sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards across relevant jurisdictions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with internal tools and compliance platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and documentation handling.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
