Supervision of residential construction projects in various countries (Cyprus, UAE, Italy, United Kingdom)
Oversight of apartment upgrades for the purpose of sale
Rental management of commercial and residential properties in different countries
Maintenance and upkeep of existing properties
Real estate market analysis and ability to present findings to a committee
Working with sector-specific funds and real estate-related stocks as an alternative to direct property investment
