3CX is looking for an experienced Product Manager. If you have solid knowledge of front-end and back-end languages and frameworks, experience with real-time systems, and a passion for building innovative software used by thousands of companies worldwide, then we want to hear from you.Tasks

Manage and lead a small team of developers working on our next-generation communication and automation platform.
Build scalable systems that power intelligent features from real-time interactions to multi-channel workflows, used by over 350,000 customers worldwide.
Design and implement backend services that integrate external APIs to support features such as Voice recordings, transcription and smart CRM actions.
Develop and maintain CRM integrations and APIs with leading platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk.
Deliver reporting solutions and dashboards, leveraging observability tools such as Grafana, Power BI, and Tableau.
Conduct strong analysis of 3rd party APIs to ensure efficient integration, performance, and reliability.

About You

Product Management Experience

Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver product roadmaps
Translating customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements * Front-End CollaborationStrong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems and frameworks like Angular
Able to work closely with front-end engineers to ensure usability, scalability, and performance. * Back-End & Systems AwarenessExperience managing products that leverage ASP.NET Core and C#
Familiar with RESTful API integration and orchestration
Understanding of real-time event pipelines and streaming concepts (e.g., WebSockets). * Data & Database ManagementStrong grasp of SQL fundamentals and database-driven product decisions.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and query optimization
Knowledge of other DBMS platforms is a plusBonus Points For

Experience with CRM products
Familiarity with WebRTC, SIP, Twilio, 3CX, or Asterisk
Understanding of async programming, Celery/RabbitMQ/Kafka for background tasks
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab)
Cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
Security practices (OAuth2, API tokens, RBAC) and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA)
Agile team experience, mentoring, and writing solid documentation
