- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offer processes.
- Create and distribute job postings across various platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to address both immediate and future hiring demands.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to clarify job requirements and provide ongoing updates on recruitment status.
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, contracts, and related documents.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as insurance.
- Keep HR databases, reports, and compliance documents accurate and up to date.
- Participate in employee engagement efforts and help with HR-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local labor laws.
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office or equivalent software.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in fast-moving sectors such as financial services, fintech, or call centers is a plus.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
