- Segment the user base and develop targeted communication strategies for each segment;
- Manage the full cycle of regular retention campaigns, from concept to execution, including marketing emails, push notifications, and pop-ups;
- Handle technical aspects of campaigns within the brand;
- Launch and optimize product and trigger campaigns as part of broader retention efforts;
- Initiate communication campaigns to inform users about significant updates to terms and conditions;
- Generate and test new ideas and hypotheses for retention campaign experiments;
- Identify opportunities for improving CRM communications;
- Analyze user behavior to refine the user journey and improve funnel efficiency;
- Collect and analyze data on the performance of retention campaigns.
- Proven experience in the gaming, casino, trading, or finance industries, with a focus on transferring skills to optimize current campaigns and introduce new ideas;
- High level of English proficiency (C1), capable of sophisticated communication and campaign content creation;
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- A track record of successful project management, responsible for the full cycle from task elaboration to result analysis;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, providing support and sharing workload;
- Eager to develop professionally, with opportunities to work on various projects, brands, and communication channels within the company;
- Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage;
- Interest in hypothesis testing, user journey mapping, and leveraging different analytical tools to drive retention and user engagement.
