Intergo Telecom Ltd, a fast-growing Telecom start-up with a strong presence in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a CRM Product Manager.As the CRM Product Manager at Intergo Telecom, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our customer relationship management (CRM) software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM system meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business goals.Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for the CRM system
Gather and analyze requirements to identify new features and enhancements
Work closely with the development team to prioritize and implement new features
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the CRM system for lead generation and customer retention
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the CRM system
Ensure correct data quality and entry by all stakeholders in the CRM
Stay up-to-date with CRM industry trends and best practices
Provide training and support to users of the CRM system

Requirements:

Several years of experience in product management, preferably in the CRM or software industry
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree in a related field
