- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for the CRM system
- Gather and analyze requirements to identify new features and enhancements
- Work closely with the development team to prioritize and implement new features
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the CRM system for lead generation and customer retention
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the CRM system
- Ensure correct data quality and entry by all stakeholders in the CRM
- Stay up-to-date with CRM industry trends and best practices
- Provide training and support to users of the CRM system
- Several years of experience in product management, preferably in the CRM or software industry
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Several years of experience in product management
