- Conduct trend and industry-focused research
- Understand sales strategy and how to translate it into a structured prospecting plan
- Create a prospecting strategy and conduct in-depth searches in target industries using digital tools and platforms to identify potential target companies and stakeholders
- Facilitate business development by generating leads through your network.
- Able to coordinate marketing efforts
- Create appropriate messages to communicate with identified contacts and hold conversations with them to ascertain needs and elicit interest
- Conduct research and test new lead-generation tools
- Help shape a new business department
- Record, track, and manage prospects in CRM
- Have at least three years of experience in sales
- Strong experience in resource management
- Have a proven track record of outbound lead generation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with IT concepts and nearshoring-related experience is a bonus.
- Capable of conducting strategy-driven, targeted research
- You are reliable, confident, and have a personal charm that allows you to easily connect with others
- International sales experience would be welcome
- Advanced levels of Russian and English are required
