- Actively participate in the preparation, design, realization, and Go-Live phases of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Conduct system configuration, data migration, testing, and validation for SAP modules related to Finance (FI), Sales (SD), and Procurement (MM).
- Design and document business process flows and system specifications based on client requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and deliver effective resolutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding functional topics and business process-related questions.
- Organize and lead workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, present solutions, and obtain alignment on deliverables.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integration or development tasks.
- Analyze current client processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
- Deliver targeted SAP training sessions to end-users, key users, and client project teams.
- Assist in the coordination, tracking, and resolution of project-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of all project changes, risks, and decisions.
- Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, demos, and customer presentations.
- Support the sales team in scoping and estimating new projects or solution extensions for existing clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or implementation projects, with a focus on FI, SD, or MM modules.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA system configuration and deployment.
- Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence systems or other business software is an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance, sales, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
