- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM and Payroll system solutions
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to: Organizational Management, Personnel Administration , Time Management, Payroll — international schemas
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including pre- and post-payroll activities, statutory reporting, and retroactive accounting
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data flow and compliance with legal and tax requirements
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and support go-live activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM and payroll issues in a timely manner
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
- Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration teams, and external providers
- Provide user training, documentation, and support for HR and payroll end-users
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll configuration and support, or a similar solutions
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll rules, schemas, and wage types
- Experience with internal payroll configurations
- Ability to write and interpret functional specifications and work with technical teams
- SAP Certification in HCM or Payroll
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration or hybrid landscapes
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for HCM
- Knowledge of data migration tools (LSMW)
