Our client is a well-established technology and software implementation provider within a leading international group, and seeking a Senior ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance and Operations) to join its team in Limassol, Cyprus.This position plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering tailored ERP solutions that support financial operations and global business integration across various industries, including shipping and corporate services.The successful candidate will act as a trusted ERP expert, responsible for designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This includes working closely with stakeholders across international offices to align business needs with modern, scalable ERP functionalities. This is a high-impact role for a professional with strong financial system knowledge, excellent consulting skills, and a drive for digital transformation.Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and localization requirements primarily around finance and operations.
Design and configure D365 F&O solutions to meet those needs, including workflows, modules, and customizations.
Collaborate with technical teams on deployment, data migration, and integration with existing business systems.
Coordinate system testing, debugging, and go-live activities. Provide post-deployment support and lead issue resolution.
Deliver user training and ongoing advisory to ensure optimal platform usage and adoption across global teams.
Stay informed of updates in AI-driven ERP technology and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
ERP Expertise is a must: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance and Operations, SAP, Business Central, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of financial and operational workflows. Experience in ship management or maritime industries is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with data migration tools and ERP integrations. Development skills are an added benefit.
Proactive in identifying system improvements and solving complex business and technical challenges.

Salary and Package:

Salary depends on experience: 50000 - 60000 EUR Gross/ Year
