
Italian-speaking Customer Support - Limassol

- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Conduct screen-sharing sessions to assist clients with platform navigation or operational issues
- Place and manage orders on behalf of clients, when requested and permitted
- Offer technical support and guidance on the Trader Workstation (TWS) platform
- Provide assistance across a wide range of financial instruments: Stocks, Options, Futures, Bonds, and ETFs
- Work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality client service
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with trading platforms, particularly Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation (TWS)
- Solid understanding of financial products: Equities, Options, Futures, Bonds, ETFs
- Confident using multiple screens and switching between systems (CRM, Excel, TWS, etc.)
- Previous experience in a trading or brokerage environment is a plus
- Native Italian speaker and fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and 1x per month 11:00 to 20:00 (onsite role)
