For more information about this excellent opportunity, please contact GRS Recruitment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist clients worldwide through live support and handle customer requests through chats and emails in different languagesAnswer emails, assist with opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client recordsDemonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and managementHandle back office queriesSupport clients with technical and troubleshooting issuesReport to the managementDeal with all departments to resolve issuesProvide support and troubleshooting on global Forex brand and MT4 Trading PlatformsLiaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accountsProvide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a clientHandling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is providedPromoting available products and services to clientsDeveloping and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clientsContributing to team effort by achieving targeted resultsCANDIDATE PROFILEDegree in Business Studies or any other related fieldPrevious experience in a similar position will be considered as a major advantageExcellent command of the Italian and English language is a must.
