- Handle incoming phone calls and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and helpful experience.
- Manage and maintain office filing systems—physical and digital—to ensure easy access to documents.
- Perform general office duties including photocopying, filing, organizing office supplies, and running errands.
- Prepare, update, and maintain paperwork, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support client intake and assist with immigration service-related tasks as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and reservations.
- Provide administrative support across departments as required.
- A university diploma is required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Russian and Greek is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Cyprus’s immigration procedures is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
