If you are a results-driven financial expert looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment, GRS looks forward to speaking with you today for this Nicosia based Financial Controller position.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Develop and implement financial strategies and provide recommendations to the executive team for decision-making.Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.Monitor and manage financial compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Manage the annual budgeting process and track budget variances.Lead the finance team to maintain a high standard of performance.Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax planning.Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency.Support the executive team in evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions.Monitor and establish where appropriate internal controls and procedures.Negotiate with suppliers.Ensure compliance and efficiency in all financial matters.Support the Company towards its mission and goals with financial information and analysis.CANDIDATE PORFILEBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and Finance or in any other relevant field.ACA, ACCA, C.P.A qualification is required.Strong financial and accounting experience, with a proven track record of controllership, reporting, and finance functions.
