- Bookkeeping/ Review of accounting records in SAP Business One/ Quickbooks Online.
- Review/Preparation of VAT and VIES returns/calculations.
- Review of monthly payroll calculations at Easysoft payroll software.
- Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission with the Social Insurance Office and Tax Authorities.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Debtor/Creditor accounts, Fixed Assets.
- Responsible for external audit.
- Handling companies tax matters.
- Preparation of monthly reporting for each company of the group.
- Preparation of ad hoc reports as requested by management.
- Assist on ad hoc tasks.
- Reporting directly to the CFO of the group.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable.
- Full member of a recognised accounting body (ACA, ACCA).
- Approximately 3+ years of previous experience is a similar position.
- Payroll experience is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software, QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Knowledge of Easysoft payroll software will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
- Able to work with limited supervision.
- Fluency in English, verbal and writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
