- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the industry to position their company as a preferred provider
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Already based in Cyprus
- Salary depends on experience 36K - 48K EUR Gross/ Year + commission
