• Enhance profitability and achieve supermarket sales targets.

• Oversee order processing and maintain control over stock levels.
• Ensure the store's consistent cleanliness and presentation.

• Fulfill all operational requirements of the store.
• Evaluate, monitor, and plan tasks for individual staff members.
• Administer discipline, counsel, and coach employees to foster positive outcomes.
• Anticipate and address current and future customer requirements.
• Identify profitability ratios through analysis of financial and operating statements.
• Train personnel to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Undertake any other tasks pertinent to the position.

• 4-5 years of experience in a store manager role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Greek and English.
• Computer literacy, with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, people management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
