Job Title: Back Office/Support SpecialistLocation: Paphos, Cyprus
Office Hours: 15:00 PM - 12:00 AM

As a Back Office/Support Specialist in the Forex industry, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our operations' efficiency and effectiveness. Your contributions will ensure our team can provide top-notch service to our clients worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support daily operations ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of documents.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely support via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Forex industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
